About Claire

In July 2022 Claire became the Patent Administration Manager for the Bristol Tech team.

Claire joined the firm in January 2002 as a Trainee Patent Administrator, after working for three years in the Security section of the UK Intellectual Property Office as an Administrative Officer.

Claire achieved the CIPA certificate in Patent Administration in 2003 and was promoted to Senior Patent Administrator in 2010. Over her many years at the firm she has provided formalities support across three teams Engineering, Chemistry and Life Sciences and currently the Electronics and Communications team. Claire develops and maintains good working relationships with a wide range of clients in the UK and abroad. As part of this process, Claire provides other team members with updates and training on various client requirements to ensure consistency and good working practices across the firm.
