ネス情報 統一特許裁判所（UPC）判決の執行 29th November 2023 UPCの判決と、ここで論じられたような命令は、複数の国で執行することが可能です。単一特許に関する事件では、UPCの現在の管轄領域を構成する17か国全ての参加国において、判決と命令を執行できます。
