Li Min (Ellie)

She has served many Chinese clients who enter into European market, so she is well aware of the needs and requirements of the Chinese clients and their way of doing business. She works closely with our European attorneys providing a liaison and information resource within China for our clients throughout the world. She is responsible for China and UK IP research and thus ensuring both clients and colleagues are well informed of the relevant IP issues, as well as key developments in Chinese regulation and business affairs. Ellie is also responsible for client and business relationship development and for building HLK’s profile in China. Ellie who previously worked for the firm in the UK is now based in Guangzhou. She accompanies members of the Group during their visits to China and briefs the Group on Chinese culture and business etiquette. Ellie was often invited by Chinese local organisations/associations, clients to give seminars on European IP relative issues.
